So if her actions are justified because of desperation and righteous anger, so are Hephaustus and Heracles’s actions as well, since her spite caused those reactions. In some myths, Zeus can’t even keep to his own marriage and struck down demeter’s mortal lover just because he got jealous. Made 0 sense since he wasn’t even with Demeter. Hera’s hands are tied, unfortunately. In one myth, she creates a rebellion with Poseidon and Artemis and tied up Zeus. In retaliation, Zeus tied her up and wouldn’t let her down until she promised she would never attack him again.
